Two Chefs

Two Chefs
6 x 6, oil on Raymar canvas panel
Available, email me if interested
On the way back from Charleston, my friend and I stopped in Augusta and ate at the Macaroni Grill. I ordered the Shrimp Portofino... and it was delicious. We had a view of the chefs cooking while we ate, so I asked them if I could take some pictures to paint. They were hilarious! They started posing for me with their hands on their hips and showing their profiles.

  1. Hey, what medium do you use for your paintings?

  2. Hi Pam :) I change up my medium. I don't have one favorite. I love using Winsor & Newton's Liquin... it's easy, and ready to use right out of the bottle. I've also mixed up a medium before with linseed and stand oil and mineral spirits. I've also tried using Gamsol's Alkyd. I love all three...
