~ there's something special about life on a farm. I'm so thankful for being brought up with a field of cattle behind my home, where it wasn't unusual to run outside and find a cow in the garage. A garden with tomatoes, peas, okra, and corn at my grandparents next door, and rows of fruit trees that my Dad planted. My Paw Paw's tomatoes were the best I've ever had... they burned my throat when I ate them. With ten cousins, Granny made shucking corn a family fun event... and we would "race" to see how many ears we could shuck.
Thank you for following my work!
